ARC International has announced that Richard Fernandez has been named the new plant manager for the company’s Charlotte, NC, USA, operation.

Fernandez has 25 years of experience in the coatings, aerospace and anilox roller industries with companies such as Praxair, Metcar Aerospace and Oerlikon Metco.
